We know that you will be excited to receive your neat homeware order, so it’s really important to us that it is with you as soon as possible. Orders will usually be despatched from the Neat HQ within 24 hours of being placed and any orders which are placed over the weekend will be sent out first thing on Monday morning.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Depending on what you order from us, your order may be despatched in multiple parcels.
All of our orders are delivered with Royal mail except for the heavy ones which may be despatched with Hermes or DPD.
We want to keep you as up to date as possible and once your order has been despatched you will receive an email from us letting you know that your lovely things are on their way.
Standard shipping – UK Signed
We charge £4.95 for all UK deliveries. Estimated delivery time for Mainland UK orders is within 2-3 working days and a signature is required upon delivery. Estimated delivery time for orders to Ireland is within 3 – 5 working days.
Next day special delivery UK
For guaranteed next working day delivery in the UK please select Next day special delivery at the checkout. We charge £10 for this service.
Orders placed by 1pm Monday – Thursday will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed by 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Please note that the next working day excludes Bank Holidays, Saturday and Sundays.
European and international deliveries

Packaging is very important to us at the neat HQ. Your order will arrive wrapped in tissue paper and tied with ribbon. The outer packaging may not always be as nicely presented as we are doing our best to be eco-friendly and we re-use boxes wherever possible.
Our working week is Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after Friday afternoon will be processed the following Monday morning.
Please ensure that your delivery address and postcode is correct before paying for your order. We cannot take responsibility for delays or undelivered orders where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided.
All delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail’s advice and the postal network can experience delays at busy times.
