We hope that you love your new items from Neat Homeware. However, if you’ve changed your mind you can return the items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned goods must be received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition.

The returned goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. Please ensure fragile items are wrapped carefully before returning to ensure they reach us in one piece. Please also include your order number and name with the returned item(s) as this will help us to track down your order details quickly.


When returning any item(s) we recommend recorded post and retaining proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit, nor do we cover the costs of returning goods.


Returns and exchanges can take up to 2 working days to process once we receive the item(s) and refunds can typically take a further 3-5 working days to reach your account. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed.

Faulty or damaged item?

Please contact info@neathomeware.co.uk and we’ll put it right as fast as we can. If we’re not able to offer you a replacement, then we’ll offer a refund or exchange. We may ask to see a photo of the damaged item. These photos are useful not only for checking out the fault or the damage, but also for passing across to the manufacturers to avoid the same thing happening in the future.
